SHADOWOOD ENGLISH SETTERS

In 1987 we got Knoby Knols Kotton Kandy, CD, "Nona", and immediately were in love with this breed. We put nine points and several major reserves on her, but unfortunately due to a skin problem, she never attained her championship. Although Nona never earned her championship, we learned a lot about dog shows and this wonderful breed because of her. Nona got her CD in obedience in 1990. Nona exhibited the gentle, sweet nature of this breed and we miss her every day. In 1990 we bought Artizoe French Flair. Flair became our first Champion and is the foundation of our kennel. We breed a litter occasionally, usually when we want a new puppy to show. We are dedicated to improving English Setters as well as protecting the welfare of these wonderful dogs. Puppies and young adults are occasionally available to loving homes.
